Omg! Yeah I did. I was in the juniors so I was about 8 or 9. I'm blushing at remembering it! The whole class fell about laughing and they didn't let it drop for ages. I'm 39 now and I can remember it like yesterday. Don't know why! I have an older brother and someone told him on the way home from school and he made a really big deal of it.

The kids call me mum by mistake all the time - I have two responses which diffuse it for them - I either say "yes Son" / "Yes Daughter" or "Do i look like ya mother!?" Which tends to take the embarassment away from them a bit because they get a laugh it out of it too.

Yes I have every one laughed I laughed it was funny no big deal.
The funniest was back in primary school the teacher asked me a maths question I said "Six" but I had my hand resting on my mouth. Everyone burst out laughing, then I realised it must have sounded like "sex" hysterical when you are 9.

No... I went to an all boys school where all the teachers except one were male... and as adolescent boys we all fell in love with the one female teacher (sad eh?).
