Of these three- gotta be the new Galactica. Just frackin' great drama!!!
Heroes is an interesting story, but could NBC over-advertise it ANY more??? Yeesh.... don't beat the potential audience over the head with the commercials every 2 minutes, nothing kills my interest in a show faster than seeing too many ads. Dr Who has some cool stories, some bad ones, but so far I prefer Peter Eckleston from season one to David Tennant as the doctor.
I think Star Trek belongs in it's own category, it's not fair to compare new shows to that incredible frachise, with all the history and great characters.
My favorite Treks in order:
1. The Original Series
2. Deep Space 9
3. The Next Generation
(despite Picard and Q, they lose points for the Wesley years)
Finally.. Oh god, do I *have* to include Voyager? Oh well, the holographic doctor was good.
Enterprise just didn't happen- sorry, It's been stricken from the timeline by order of the Timelords, except for maybe that T'Pol vs Hoshi catfight in the mirror universe :)

Honestly, for the 21st century, The only show I give props to is Heroes.
Not since the x-files, have I been captivated by a show as much.
The writting is excellent, I love the characters.
