In your local Thanksgiving day newspaper. It's the biggest newspaper of the year cuz of all the ads for Black Friday.

Wal-mart has a web site and sales are usually listed on there.
Just type Wal-mart into the browser and go from there.

I had a friend who told me she had been checking out the sales after "googling" - black friday. I haven't tried it myself.
