What I mean is if there was no longer separation or division of people based on their skin tone, language or geographical location. I think people could finally just be individuals and woudn't feel pressure to conform to what society tells them they should be based the group they belong too.

Everyone is different. There are lots of prejudices not just race. The sad thing is even if you get people over hating someone because of their skin tone, they may not like skinny people or fat people, handicapped people. I think that is very unfortunate, that we as people can not just look at the next person and get to know them for who they are before we make decisions on them. I do agree that we would be much better off if we could learn to live with less hate.

Race is more than just skin tone. The definition of what constitutes race has been perverted by the leftists who would have people believe we're all just the same except for our skin color, hair texture, etc.

That is not the case. Those are just the phenotype (outwardly visible charactristics) differences between the races. But the races have different genotypes, meaning there is a whole host of other differences one cannot readily see: intelligence, impulsiveness, propensity for criminality, culture/language predilection.

Race has been a part of humanitites classification system for each other since the dawn of time, it would be impossible to erase race and racial prejudice from humanity.

Though i see race as a beautiful and deversifying thing, the conflict it brings is almost more trouble than its worth...

So yes, i think so.

I love our racial and ethinic differences and acknowledge them. It would be better if people didn't see differences as reasons to hate and riducule and degrade.

I personally like coming from a bunch of rowdy black west indians with hot tempers and hard mouths. I like that we don't sound like black Americans or Brits or Spaniards. Hell, where I'm from, the Bahamas, we don't even sound like most West Indians.

RESPECT is what we need, not sameness.

i strongly agree that race should not matter. martin luther king junior believed a person should not be judged the color of their skin, but by the content of their character which i believe means what's on the inside that matters and not the outside. martin luther king junioir was a good man and civil rights leader. he inspired me and he believed in all people being treated equally. i always felt the same way and i still do.

Yes we would be a better society if people were just looked at as being human not because their our skin tone. I, myself, look at a person for what is inside of their heart not their skin color.

You can't abolish the truth, even if you don't like the truth. Race isn't a concept, it's a reality. We need to find a way to deal with this reality, not pretend it doesn't exist.
