Do you know how to play a Bm? If so, you play the C#m the same just up 2 frets. If you know how to play an E then play the same up 2 frets and bar it Hope this helps

the minor chord formula is 1 b3 5

so those chords would be
C# E G#

and
F# A C#

There are many ways to play them, be it with open string unmovable forms or movable positions, look them up.

Download powertab, that has a chord dictionary.

If the chord dosen't have any open strings in it is is movable, it those would be the same as any minor chords, just with the root note moved to C# and F#
