I know none of these "songs". I personally would choose the last song on the second Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack. It's techno, has a LOUD pulsating rhythm guaranteed to drive someone nuts.

First of all why do you want annoy your downstairs neighbors? Remember one day you may need them and they won't be there as you have treated them badly. What does this say about you when you do something just to annoy someone. You are looking at the possibility of eviction if you keep doing things like this. Are you prepared financially to have to move and do you want to move?
