NTL Narration?

I have ntl: and have some sort of narration going on over my channels, especially scrubs (7.30) on E4 (I think). I understand the reasoning as to why they have this yet it irritates the hell out of me and have no idea how to turn it off, anyone know????

If you have NTL phoneline, ring 150 (free) and ask someone there, they are sure to give you the answer.
