Mine is the Frontosa,they can live upwards of 20 years+ plus they seem like they have there own personallity and loyal to there owner and will come eat right out of your hand,plus you can reach in tank and acually pet them wich they acually like

After them are Guppies.

Black mollies. They were my first fish to survive aquarium cycling when I first entered the hobby. They are not shy when I approach the aquarium to feed or admire them. They are easy to take out with a net when I want to move them. And I like watching their fry swimming around.

I really like the parrot fish. They have a really strange look about them that makes them seem almost intelligent.

my favorite type of aqaurium fish would be the dragon fish or afresh water puffer

I like beta fish. Yes, they do eat the other fish, which I don't like. But they are beautiful fish and make a beautiful addition when placed in a vase with a plant.
