I believe the Drake Hotel on Michigan Avenue offers a traditional Victorian Christmas dinner. The menu includes goose and trifle. I know what you are thinking "English food?! Are you out of your mind?!" Sounds interesting to me. My wife is a picky eater, she will never go.
