Abs? Don't' you mean navel?
I personally am not that fond of tongue piercings on anyone, so I say go for the navel piercing.
You should pierce which ever one you like better though, and not worry about what others think. Whatever you decide, do not pierce it yourself, please seek out a professional piercer.

A belly button that is pierced is cute, and done by many types of people.
A tougne piercing sends off a singnal, as to what type of person has a tongue piercing. Look to see what a tougne piercing is seen as by other people. Some people have a pierced tounge for a reason.
