Federal crime, 7-10 years. If the amount is that much then the state turns the criminal over to the feds most likely.

Depends on the perpetrators williness to pay the money and give you however much in damages. If not willing it is ussually aroud 4 or 5 years behind bars

curiosly what did the person steal that could be worth that much money
