A few of different ways:

1. Right click any blank spot on your desktop and select 'Properties'. Select the 'Settings' tab. The name of your display adpater will appear.

2. Right click 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'. Than select the 'Hardware' tab. Select the 'Device Manager' button. Navigate to and select 'Display Adapter'. Double clicking on the adapter will bring up a property box for it, allowing you to see the driver version and other advanced features and infomation.

3. Download Belarc Advisor. http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
It's a free download that displays all of your system info on one page. (The plus side to Belarc is that it includes a system security audit)

right click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop.
Choose Properties from the pop-up menu
Click on the hardware tab
Then under Display Adapters, you should see a list (or just one item) of the type of graphics card you own.

Right click on one of them, and click on Properties. Itll give you the information on what drivers are being used, when the card was made, etc etc etc

Click start and go to run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Go to the display tab.

The left pane has information on your video card.
