Do you mean you fell in love? You can't get up because you like the bottom? Love is the bottom. It is where you lose every sense of yourself the soceity tells you that you are supposed to have. Love is raw, and desperate. A fithy ravenous monster. Love is instrinct, and as such we crave it. A song I know:" Sweet like a kiss, sharp like a razor blade. I find you when I'm close to the bottom. You can't appreciate the time it takes to kick a love I always knew was kind of wrong. Baby baby baby bring me down. I wanna be right where you are. Baby baby baby bring me down, you can look me in the eyes and break my heart. Break my heart." That is real love, it is low, primitive, and desperate. But it is a necessity to survival. If you're not just screwing around, I know exactly what you mean about falling.

Try moving your leg a little to the left there is a ledge you can use as a foot hold. You should be fine.
