what is the best thing to use to clean your face?

I prefer the Murad Acne Complex Kit over Proactiv.. Proactiv was very drying for me. I have sensitive skin, and this works great. You can purchase on sephora.com or through Murad directly. www.murad.com I believe :)

Okay - I am really gonna give you some great advise that helped my husband. He is a football player and would get bad breakouts on his forehead from his helmet. He tried a lot of different things including Pro-Active. Nothing worked - but this helped ALOT! Remember though, there are all different types of acne so it is best to go to a dermatologist to determine what specific type of acne you have in order to treat it. But that can be costly, so try this:

The Body Shop - online or dept. store has a Tea Tree oil line for your face. The whole Tea Tree Oil line worked wonders on my husband. He Used the self-foaming facial wash morning and night. He also used the oil drops directly on his pimples. This is not your normal "oil". It is more of an astringent. He always used luke warm water - never hot. He would finish with cold water - to close up the pores. He would always rinse his face with cold water when he couldn't wash it.
I swear that tea tree oil line from The Body Shop really worked on him - good luck!

Ive found that going to the doctor and getting a prescription works best, I was prescribed duac cream. It works very well. I dont even put it on every day anymore, more like 2-3 times a week now and i have a clear face. But you have to use a moisturizer before putting on the prescription creams

Now you have many choices! There is Serious Skin Care which is sold on HSN or Proactiv sold on-line or with QVC. There is also Murad, but from what I am reading it is real strong. Or you can go to a dermatologist. But I would try one of the first two that I suggested before that.

Well i use these three things and they are really easy
1-Clearasil Unltra Daily face wash
2-Ahava Advanced facial toner
3-ZapZpyt
first you wet your face and then apply the Clearasil Ultra Daily Face wash next take a cotton swab and put some of the Facial toner on and then you put the ZapZyt on wherever your pimples or zyts are. it worked for me now i have no acne

These sound kookie, but they ar home remedies that really work! My sisters both had acne, they used these simple items and it cleared up. I also worked at Sephora and know about the expensive treatments.
1. wash your face with LYE soap
2. use a fresh cut lemon slice as your toner
3. a thick oatmeal mixture as an exfoliant
4. steam your face once a week, by boiling a pot of water, removing from heat, place a towel over you head and pot and sweat.
5. after steaming wash your face with cold water
6. use egg white on oily parts and yolk with honey on dry parts.
Also, breakouts often occur if your face is dry,

get cleanser, toner and moisturiser that has jasmine essential oil in it... that is great for helping to clear up acne and u see results over night ....... but make sure its pure natural stuff.... also invest in facials spongy and its takes all the oil off your face and clears out you pores!!!
