spend on Thanksgiving dinner? I spent about 175$

That is about average. I spent a little over 200, I got both ham and turkey, and I have to cook alot of different things for 7 people. some like corn some like beans, some like turkey, some like ham some like dry stuffing, some like moist from the turkey.

This year? $20.00 on pies. My family takes turns hosting it. Last time I hosted I spent about $300.
