you must make plans. make plans to do something. make plans to go to the library. make plans to go out to eat with friends instead of talking to them in cyberspace. make plans to do your laundry. make plans to get off your @$$. you must make plans.

You have to speak to yourself, program the mind and say what do I need to accomplish today? and ask yourself a lot of times, even write it down. Say is being on line going to make me a more productive individual, Will it allow me to make more money or get ahead?
School is so important!! Think about your future, discipline yourself, being on line is a terrible waste of time, I used to do this and I paid dearly. It cost me a lot of money I lost literally thousands of dollars for not being able to break this habit and lack of discipline, so after sometime, it sunk in that as much fun you may have or whatever, it wll never pay off. Now I only answer 1 or 2 questions daily if I have time, but I got tired of it. I really regreted finding this, my brother told me about it. So you really need to ask yourself if you are willing to pay the price. I know I'm not. It is not worth it!!!
So learn and discipline yourself, tell yourself you have a future and life ahead of you, being irresponsible doesn't pay off and you don't want to regret it later. Just stay out, turn off the computer for a while, get some exercise and hit the books, or else others will have the good jobs and the nice things, how about you?

Being on line all the time it's not good even for your health... let me say a fact: Two guys from China stayed for 68 hours on line without break and they passed away... Maybe this will clear things up... Now, I'm not saying that you are going to die, but it's not healthy really.Don't worry cuse a lot of people stay online but isntead try to do something useful for yourself and your achivments.

FACE your enemy = ...that's you by the way.

1. Write down & Find out what's really bugging you...something is....and write it down...all those who made fun of you...what they said, what you hate in life...write it down to get it out
2. Make a list of qualities you like in people ...what you like in life, where you want to travel, what you want to be.
3. Now take the "what's bugging me" list and tear it up and throw it away....it served a purpose to make you face what's bugging you.
4. Everytime you find yourself procrastinating, find out what's bugging you ...write it down and later tear it up and throw it away.

As you accomplish the things on your what's good list, check them off. They give you momentum.

5. Check your nutrition and sleep. Add more vegetables and fruit to your diet....and fiber...and 8 hours of sleep.
MAke sure you get 5-10 miniutes of walking each day.
Get outside and walk, or do the stairs 3-5 minutes at a time.

6. Practice smiling at every mirror you pass.....you'll get happier because you are taking back control of your life....and a big smile

Get yourself some scissors and cut a circle from a piece of paper.

write T U I T on both sides of the paper.

keep the paper in your pocket and whenever you have a job that won't get done until you get a round to it, you just reach in your pocket and you will have one.

your first mistake was getting facebook...within the first two days of getting facebook, EVERYBODY gets addicted. (it's a proven fact...okay not really), but you should try your best to cut down on the facebook time 7 make yourself study. the only way to bring your grades up is to force yourself to get them up.

have someone password protect your computer BIOS and not let them tell you. This way you can't get past BIOS to your OS without the password that you don't have.

Either that or you could maybe go outside and talk to your friends face to face. Hell, study together even. This is normal functioning things that people do.

I also have a bad habit of procrastinating. What helps me is I make a daily schedule for myself and I force myself to do it.

if possible, destroy your procrastinators, or you have to identify what makes you procrastinate, and find a way to counter act it. like, if your computer is too tempting for you to resist, get to a place to do what you have to do, away from your computer. you should have the self discipline to do what you ought to do.
