Ryan (with an R) Adam's best album, according to the critics, is Heartbreaker; I would agree--plus it features David Rawlings and Gillian Welch. However, if you you want something a litte more main-stream-friendly, Gold is your best choice, which includes When the Stars Go Blue, which was successfully covered by the Coors. Personally, for my second choice, I prefer Demolition to Gold, as I believe Gold was slightly overproduced.

Cold Roses
Gold
Demolition is alright
Heartbreaker has some really good songs but not all of them are so great
Rock 'N' Roll is ok
Not so sure on
Jacksonville City Nights
