My 18th is really soon and basically I can either have a house party (up to 25 people) or I can go out, but half my friends are shy and quite young looking, and none have ID, fake or otherwise, so I can't go clubbing. I just wanted to know if you have ever been to a really fantastic house party, or a party where you went out but not clubbing and if so maybe you could tell me about it so I can decide what to do?

House parties can be fun. Since you can invite 25 people I assume you have the space for dancing. So play lots of good music, have lots of great munchies and have lots of fun.
Or if you want to go out: consider a bowling party, a swimming party or just go to a restaurant that can cater to a large crowd in a party room.
