No, all people are different in their capacity to give and love. It is not true that "all men" have a generous heart or that "all women" do either.
Some people are by nature more giving, more sensitive and kind and more selfless. And then there are those who aren't. And then there are those that are outright abusive.
Gender has nothing to do with personality or capacity to give and love.

I think that because women have children and have to give up their lives 24/7 to them are naturally generous and selfless.
