Juicy turkey over dry ham; Juicy ham over dry turkey. Of course there is always the gravy if the turkey's too dry--so turkey over all!

Turkey. I have a turkey sub a couple times a week, heat up some nice pre-cooked ham in the microwave for weekend breakfast, and one supper a week I'll slow fry a NY strip steak or tenderloin, with a sprinkle of Montreal steak seasoning and fried onions, and a little pasta with melted butter and parsley flakes.
The other days, I'll have a chef salad or grilled chicken salad.

Ham. We eat turkey on Thanksgiving, though. My husband is a traditionalist. He likes the whole dinner, and wants extra sweet potatoes.
