change the way you are setting , or walk around the room or the place... means if you are setting .. stand up .. or walk.. you will feel better

Belly breath in through your nose 2 seconds out your mouth 4 seconds. You may want to get up and do something with the nervous energy you have...tends to help. Try positive thinking focus on a good picture of what will happen in your head instead of a negative one and that can relieve the nerves too.

Be calm and dont show your nervousness. I tap my toe inside my shoe, bite my lip or cheek from the inside. I know it doesnt help with me with how I'm feeling- but it give me a false sense of relief

try thinking of things that relax think of simple things like making a bed or even chewing gum or break things down into little pieces and don't let it get the best of you.

I become hot and nauseous. I shake and stumble over my words. I blush and get dizzy. I sometimes have a panic attack or anxiety.
