Has anyone had any problem with a Creative Zen Vision: M player?

I had an iPod, but it is crap. I tried to get it fixed, but apple customer service is crap. Therefore I am looking for something different and wondering if the Creative Zen Vision: M is the best thing out there.

the player is rock solid, and unbelievably wonderful, and the battery lasts and lasts. i would say the zen vision is the best out there, but be warned, the zen vision's software is a bit buggy. once you find workarounds for what you want to do its fine. i say this having owned a zen vision and two ipods.
