Don't let her see your question!!!Dude, thats so rude! I am a Mommy of three daughters, and I'm only 23 and I have alot of ambition to have a flat tummy and I think I do a great job staying slim! I'm proud of my self!I have a tredmill that I run on and I do alot of tightining exercises like sit up's and sit up's where you lay down on a work out bench,or on the floor and you lift your legs and booty off the floor liftining your legs straight up in the air. She has to have a will to stay thin if she's ever gonna be thin...You have to want to be thin if your gonna be thin... if she doesn't WANT to work it... she'll never be thin. You have to want to work it baby! I don't know how you'll tell her to get up and work it though...
Good luck baby!
