Go to a maternity shop and get several good quality maternity bras. You need the support, it's the one thing that you really should spend the money to get quality. Congrats on your baby.

Get a nursing bra - they are cotton, flexible and so much more comfortable than the standard wired ones. You can also use warm and cool compresses to make you feel less pressure. Also be sure you are drinking at least 8 - 8oz glasses of water a day part of the discomfort of pregnancy is dehydration so stay well hydrated. Good Luck!

Mine are killing me too!!!!! OMG I described it to my b/f as someone beat them up with a hammer without leaving any bruises. Then they stuck 20 needles in my nipples, and for the hell of it once in a while they heat up the needles!
Try a warm wash cloth and gentle massaging starting around the base. If you're really desperate you can take Tylenol, but I wouldn't live on it!

You need to get a bra with better support. It does eventually fo away...I had a terrible time as well. I wear an F cup so every time I bumped into anything I felt like screaming.
