Spider Man (can't wait for the third movie).

Batman. Because he's the most realistic.
Superman flies -- Can this be explained scientifically?
Spiderman -- Come on! Bitten by a spider and now he has spider senses and abilities? That's just plain stupid. If you get bitten by a spider, you're either gonna die, or become very ill.
Batman has martial arts training and develops his own gear. If someone in real life was crazy enough (and rich) they would fight crime in the same way. I would. I probably wouldn't wear a cape though.

Wolverine & Storm
As a kid I loved the X-Men. I still haven't decided between the two of them. I always though Wolverine was cool with the metal skeleton and attitude but, there's something to say about being able to control the elements and weather not to mention she was a black female and since that's rare in a superhero I liked that about Storm.

Batman for sure... no radioactive spider bites, no unrealistic alien superpowers, none of the b-s... just a regular guy who happens to be an intelligent, resourceful detective / young man with amazing utilities, and a master of the illusion of fear as the Dark Knight
