If you have experienced one or more OOBs could you briefly describe the experience and how it was achieved. If this is something you do repeatedly, what in your opinion is the best way to achieve this state? Also, do you discuss your experiences with family and/or friends? If not, why not? Thanks.

I experience this several times a day actually. I've trained for a number of years and am the head of my spiritual order. We have a slang term for it called a "Mind Trip". It's one of the few techniques we teach to our people that's for either recreation or serious necessity.

You have to learn how to first reconnect with The Eternal Order of which there are four different expression.

Then you have to learn how to connect your intent, focus (purpose), outcome (directed energy combined with purpose).

All this and we still havn't gotten to the Mind Trip. That's because while it can be used for fun it is imperative that one have a full understanding in other areas and appreciation for the balance of The Order and all life within it.

I teach it to my more advanced students. And no, I generally don't discuss this with my family or friends who don't practice as I do because it would serve no purpose whatsoever but to sew discord and discontent.

I ask a great committment and dedication from my students but in return I do not charge. If they have to speak with me on the phone they pay for the long distance service and if they choose to become an Eranai then they must come to me directly for their training. They will need to have a job to pay for their living expenses and for anything else they may need but no, I don't make a profit on any of this. Occasionally I recieve small gifts but they always make me feel a bit uncomfortable because I'm afraid the student may have felt compelled to "repay me" and as far as I'm concerned that simply isn't necessary.

Now, you wanted to know what it felt like.

Well, you don't feel drunk but you do feel a high although not in the drugged (legal or illegal) sense of the word. It helps to have a juicer because there are certain things you can drink that cleanses and prepares your body for the experience and then there are drinks which will actually induce it or at least help it along.
It is IMPERATIVE that you know EXACTLY where you want to go, what you want to do, who you want to see and if you want to change your form in any way to know all of this firmly, or otherwise the effects are not good at all and you may be seriously harmed.

I have.

I was about 11 years old (4 years ago) and I was getting ready for school. My mom and dad were arguing about something and I was watching. I was going to walk out the door but before I could turn around it felt like something jumped out of me and I couldn't move. Then I saw myself (except I looked like a boy and wasn't wearing my glasses) in the kitchen about to grab a knife. That me in the kitchen smiled but iI shook my head "no" and then I could move again. I told my mom about it and she said I was supposed to have a brother but he died a year before I was born.

i have. only once tho, and i have never been able to re-create it.

i was trying to learn to meditate, and had been sitting cross-leged on the floor, breathing slowly, trying to clear my mind, and all of a sudden i felt like i was pushed in the chest and it made me feel like i was 5-6 inches back further than where i was sitting, but i could see my back and me still sitting there. it was crazy. the push itself caught me so off guard that i almost immediately snapped out of it. never able to do it again. *sigh*

so close, yet so far
