The two Presidents of the United States of America during the World War 2 years were Franklin D. Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman... President Nixon came during the period 1969-1972.

Son, you need a history lesson. WWII began in 1939, when Germany invaded Poland. We entered the war on December 8, 1941, the day after the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was president. He was also president when the war ended in Europe, but died shortly afterward. Harry S Truman (yes, no period in his middle name), his successor, was president when the war ended in Asia in August, 1945. Richard Milhouse Nixon was elected president in 1968, and took office January 20, 1969. In between we had Dwight David Eisenhower, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, and Lyndon Baines Johnson. That's a lot of history.

If George W Bush were President of usa for the time of the Civil conflict, he could have invaded Cuba following the autumn of fort Sumter to accomplice Forces. (confident I pronounced President of the u . s ..
