Slate pencils are not meant for eating, you know well. But your mind is so weak that you are not in a position to resist that temptation. Please stop this nasty habit. calcium deficiency may be the main cause for eating slate pencil or chalk. Consult a doctor to get a good advise and once the calcium deficiency is taken care, the craving for eating slate pencils will reduce and vanish.

You have calcium deficiency. Immediately buy calcium tablets... Tab Calcium Sandose for women... chew them like slate pencil... you would stop eating slate pencil...
I think slate pencil may not be seriously harmful nor are they good…

Think positively you can stop this. Daily morning you tell yourself "I can stop eating slate pencil". If it is not possible hand this over the God, He will change the circumstances to motivate you to stop that. Sometimes He may have to use force to stop that.(because you handed it over to Him)

eating slate pencils is really harmful for your body. it'll result is kidney stone. i don't know how you can stop eating it but you probably consult a doctor...
