We're having a guest speaker tomorrow - a survivor of the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. He was nine when he arrived there, and still has vivid memories of the experience. If you could ask him one question, what would it be?

What were the good things you remember while in the Camp ? Some said, it was companionship. It seemed that all captives were one huge family, others said. Did you at any time lose hope? Did you ever blame religion? Did you or can you ever forgive them for what they did? Thank you for answering....

You can ask about the transport to the camp. You can ask how many ways the nazi's had to dehumanize the inmates. Does he think this could happen again and how would he compare the Holocaust to what is happening in
the Sudan now?
Be grateful and do not joke around. This is hard stuff to deal with and this person deserves great respect. You are lucky to have such an amzing opportunity.
