ok there is something called free online storage space
if u look in google :

BT is the best way to transfer but it will only work if a lot of people are downloading your file. I suggest to send it through some kind of messenger program. You may also want to consider downgrading your video to get the file size smaller.

well i would suggest attach it to an email but that would be all i know but i don't know any better ways if you want the reciever to just view it on his or her computer then try youtube if you want the reciever to download it from the computer then try emailing it, this may take a while
