Something is wrong if she doesn't want to have sex with you. There is something wrong with your relationship. I would call her doctor and check out her excuse. Then I would confront her about what the real problem is and even offer to go to marriage counseling with her. Good luck.

I don't see how it could be, Have sex would raise her blood pressure not lower it. If she already has low blood pressure raising it a bit isn't going to hurt her. I would talk to her about the real reason she doesn't want to have sex. I could be that she doesn't feel well. How low is her blood pressure? Or maybe she's scared for some reason and thinks it may be bad for her. Go with her to her next doctor's appointment maybe she needs reassuring that nothing bad will happen.

Sex has nothing to do with her blood pressure low or high so that is just an excuse to not have sex. Sit down and talk to her and ask her to be up front with you as to why she is not having sex with you so that you can try to help fix the problem. If she insists it is still her low BP tell her that you know that low BP is not a problem regarding sex and you would like to go with her to the doctor to get his opinion on all of this and then have her make the doc appointment with you right there. Even if it means taking time off of work she needs to get this straightened out and find out what is going on but with you present so that the TWO of you get the help she needs from the doc.

NO! If anything, it will increase her BP. If she has low BP, I wouldn't recommend any acrobatic type play, but on the bed or floor, you'll both be safe. Chances are, she doesn't want to have sex, it's for some other reason. Recently had a baby, too tired, menopause, you, her, your living situation. the list goes on. Try talking to her in a calm relaxed setting using the process of elimination on what the true problem is.

Talk to her doctor. Just remember that if you develop high blood pressure, the medications you'll need may cause erectile dysfunction, so be very nice to her now. Payback is awful!

It sounds like there are underlying problems. Ask your doctor about her condition. I think that she has more things going on than her blood pressure.
Best of luck.
