What is the end result of those balloons

it depends on what kind of gas they are filled with. I'll assume the gas is lighter than air. They will float upwards until a certain height where the air is less dense, and the balloon is no longer "lighter" than the air around it.

Then the gas inside will slowly escape from the balloon through tiny pores on the surface, and the balloon will deflate and fall back to earth.

If the balloons are filled with a gas lighter than air like helium or hydrogen the balloons will rise because they are lighter than the air
They will continue to rise and because the atmospheric pressure lessens the higher you rise the balloon will expand because of the less pressure on the outside of the balloon. The balloon will continue to rise and expand until the balloon material can't withstand the internal pressure and it then will burst and fall to the ground.

You must meaan the ones filled up with helium. It goes up to the air until it reaches an altitude where it cannot rise up further. Then it slowly drifts back down to earth. aafter it stays there and drifts with the air currents. The balloons shrivel the same way as it does when you leave them in a room. It becomes a piece of pollution because it is rubberized plastic and do not disintegrate over time.

naturally the balloons which are filled with any gas or air, when we leave them they will go up in the air and the gas or air which is in the ballon will slowly comes out of the balloon after some time.
the end result of the ballon is "NO BALLOON"

I suppose you mean helium filled balloons, like the ones used in birthday parties, etc ?
If so, the rubber they are made of has numerous pores and helium leaks out slowly. The balloons return to Earth deflated.

the balloons are used to be filled by hydrogen gas, which is far lighter in weight (mass) than air (consisting of many gases). even in case of balloons filled with air also, the air inside the ballon is hotter than the surrounding air. hence, balloons float in air.

Well, talking 'bout the ballons filled with helium or any gas lighter than air, they would simply rise as the weight of air displaced by them would be greater than their weight and thus they would experience a net force in the upward direction (UPTHRUST OR BUOYANT FORCE).
HOWEVER, after reaching a specific altitude they would burst, as density of air decreases with altitude, hence pressure of air inside the balloon would exceed atm. pressure.

It is filled with helium gas and when it is flown in air it floats upto the time when the gas sustains in it and after that it eventually leaks out

the balloon will come down in case of burst or leak

For example blimp is never, emptied completely it does leak out but some are emptied(hiliem) to a pressurised container to be re-used, one compatrment at a time.
