the first sign you may notice is frequent urination, so if you notice your peeing a lot more or getting up in the middle of the night to pee then you may be preg, this occurs around week 1 or 2, also you my notice your breasts feeling sore or slighty swollen, again this is around week 1 or 2

I always knew I was pregnant because my breasts hurt really bad. I was also nauseous a lot early on. Obviously, missing a period is a sign, although it is possible to have some spotting around the normal time you would have your period.

many! and they all can be different for everyone. With me, I was real tired and had a loss of appetite. Oh the tenderness of my breasts too! I did not even want the air blowing by them!
