She is an upstanding member of this community, but could she have picked up a stalker who has given us a virus? What should she do?

sometimes i get the "explorer has ecountered a problem. I dont know why. Some tell me that I have to many sites opened at once, or if there is more than one computer in your house that is in use at the time may have something to do with it. Send an error report to your computer. Good Luck

Although I teach computer education, I'm not familiar with the networking part. Those kind of errors occur for various reasons.

do the patch thing it will probably help,I doubt it is a virus probably just a glitch in the system
