I'm going to assume that you saw that on TV or something like that. Saying what time a TV show is coming on. The east coast of the US is in one time zone--Eastern Standard Time--and right west of that is the Central Time Zone (CT), running one hour behind. But they're on the same television schedules, so if a show starts at 9 o'clock on Monday, they'll say that it's playing Monday at 9, and 8 o'clock Central (because of the time difference). ...

Monday 9/8 CT.

As for the time difference, I think Singapore is 13 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time (the 9 part of the 9/8 CT). So, looks like 10 o'clock Tuesday morning for you.

This means that the time is 9 Eastern and 8 Central Time. From Eastern time of 9 AM eastern time on the 20th, it would be 8 AM on the 21st in Singapore.
The first link below will provide you with the current time in Singapore.
The second link will provide current time in most places in the world. If time is not correct, press the F5 key or refresh.

In the USA it means 9 o'clock Eastern Time Zone, (New Yourk) and 8 o'clock central time (Chicago).

I believe you add +13 hours to Eastern Time to find the equivalent time in Singapore.

I THINK you would be 13 hours ahead of that.....I used to run mahjong tournaments online. It depends on whether it was am or pm! Your time should either be 10am or 10pm.
