i like the person who thinks i m his sister.once i told him but he is not understanding,he is taking it as a joke.what should i do?

Its better to limit your feelings on him to a friend. Because he is treating you as a sister and I dont hink he can change his feelings easily. I guess he understood it clearly but it was you who could not understand it.

If he is not understanding that when you say U r not his sis maybe it might be his way of saying he doesn't have same feelings as you do... If that is the case ask around his friends and find out what his real feelings are before you continue to pressure... or maybe If you reallly like him and he is still single approach him in different ways to express your love....

He thinks your his sister? Or did you mean he thinks of you as his sister. If it is the later, then I would say that he was trying not to hurt your feelings by laughing it off (he doesn't have the same feelings for you.)
If he really thinks you are his sister and you told him you have feelings for him, be glad that he treated it like a joke and didn't throw up on you.

Sorry, but, unless it is meant to be later on that is just one of those feeling he will never be able to put beside himself. It would always be akward and wierd to him.
