My favourite direction is the one I have received by the various wise people in my life. It's this direction that has made me the person I am today.

North, because it's more sparsely populated and more desolate. I haven't travelled much, but I've been to Skye, Mallaig, Oban and Fort William. They're all beautiful places.
I was born and brought up in Scotland. I've lived here all my life. I'm sure there may be many more spectacular places, that fill you with more profound awe, but I can't help feeling like this about the Highlands of Scotland.

East. Because in the Chronicles of Narnia, the end of the world was east. (Yes. I'm a Narnia freak.)
