I usually adjust it to 23-26 degree C during summer, what about when it gets cold (I'm freezing right now)

We usually leave our thermostat at 68 ot 70 all year long and leave it on AUTO HEAT (that way it comes on when it gets cold/hot). If you get to cold put it on HEAT and it will come on and heat the house up for a bit, then you can put it back on AUTO HEAT.

I suppose you have a heat pump AC, that also works as heating system or you should only turn your AC off.
Studies says temp. 20-21°C is fine during the day.
Turn to down 18-19°C during the night (even less if you like heavy blankets) to save energy.

As A/C MAN. You should turn the A/C off. But if you want to run the A/C in the winter, set it to about 73 ot 74 degrees. Have a ?, Why do you have the A/c on? ...
