Because I am fugly...I would like to know where I can take good enhanced passport sized photos in Singapore?

You can try for makeover packages, which charge alot more but will dress you, make you up if necessary and snap some pretty photos. Otherwise you have 2 options:
1) Dress up (wear a coloured shirt and bring a jacket) and go to a photographer that doesn't use digital cameras (there's one in B1 of Lucky Plaza) and get a good quality photo.
2) Snap using a digital camera/mobilephone and photoshop like Xiaxue.

Our passports allows submission of jpg sized photo online. Read their requirements eg border size, background, placement of face etc. Take a digital shot. If you have small eyes, shoot higher up or tilt camera down a bit. Different light angles can thin or broaden your face. You can take hundreds by tweaking here and there. Take the best one and submit.
