what about conservative censoring, is that not one and the same?
A local babtist church in the area that I live in took it upon themselves to go up to the city council to complain about a sign a vendor had posted in the mall. The poster said Merry Christmas, the church leaders went directly to the vendor and argued with him to take it down and post a Happy Holidays one up, the vendor refused. They took the case to the city and won, now most if not all businesses must put up Happy Holiday signs.

That is right. Libs and cons shouldn't meddle with what people are doing. Let them hang Merry Christmas signs on the stores, who cares? I think went both sides use censoring they are being dumbasses.

I think that it is the most ignorant thing ever conceived. I refuse to be "politically correct". I will not have the thought police dictating how I speak or think. If anything that I can say "offends" anyone, then they need to get over themselves because, honestly, they just aren't that important. I am a conservative.

Sad... where is the tolerance for anything anymore.
All it takes is a noisy minority to change the rules. Start your own campaign and insist that MERRY CHRISTMAS be placed in the mall!

If I remember correctly, that was an Atheist that made a big deal about "Christmas" being mentioned. I know it was an Atheist who made a big deal about the Manger scene in our Town, here in NY.......saying some crap like, they were offended!! And we are suppose to have Freedom of religion, yeah, right.... Thats almost as funny as having Freedom of speech, we dont have that either, if ya really wanna get down to it!
