It is possible but only for a very good reason, you would have to prove your child would be better off with out his father in his life and a judge has to be the one to decide ..you need to get yourself a lawyer it's the first step to take and he can direct you from there..good luck

Most states will not let you take away or the biological foather to give up his rights unless there is another father figure to step in and adopt your baby. Don't take him off child support, that's only doing him a favor. Most states will prosecute if he falls 6 months behind or $5000.00. Whichever comes first. Let him suffer the consequences of his juvenile behavior. I would cut all ties with him though, don't contact him, and unless he gets court appointed visitation, don't let him have any contact with you or your baby. He doesn't deserve it anyway.

i had my ex sign off his parental rights. Once he did this he is no longer responsible for paying child support. you can then go and sign a paper with the district attorney saying that you are not going after him for all the back child support. He will be free and clear and you will have all custody. good luck.

Are you sure that this is in the best interest of the child or are you looking to just get back at him for hurting you. I would hate to see your child suffer because of the hatred you have for the father.

As far as I know he has to give away rights, if he's a danger to the child then you might be able to go that route, but since it sounds like he's not involved anyway, your best bet is asking him to sign away his rights.

You could do it or a court could do it but either way, a court would
have to sign off on it for it to be really binding...
If he is not paying his child support, go to the court and complain.
