Just wondered as I was watching a woman apply makeup and drive and use her cell phone this AM while she was booking down the freeway at 70.

I guess that woman doesn't care about herself or her fellow man.
Unfortunately they are the ones that survive the the havoc they wreak.

This is not an uncommon sight being that the labor industry has required multitask from their product of service." the employee." which carries over into the off site of the work for pay site. A sad reality when the product is the people, not in control of their own training and duties.

driving in the car is the best time to apply make-up. i do it all the time.
how often do you glance at your rearview mirror? you're recommended to do so fairly often while driving, correct? this causes you to take your eyes off of the road in front of you for a moment. applying lip gloss requires the same split second glance in the mirror. most people have one had off the wheel while driving anyway. i don't see the problem.
i think you're more at risk when gabbing on your cell phone. you may have your eyes on the road but your concentration is somewhere else for more than just a split second.
