There is more than 1 type of 'nephritic' renal disorder so suggesting an intervention is not possible without more information. As I am certain you are aware such problems may be quite serious. If you are asking if there is a 'folk cure' for this problem I would say no and emphatically no as such a problem must be carefully diagnosed, followed, and seriously treated.
