I need to replace my Citroen C5 - too much wrong with it. The main reason that I bought the Citroen was the adjustable suspension which enabled the car to be driven up a very steep ramp to the garage without grounding. I don't want to buy another Citroen - can anyone suggest a replacement in the same price/size bracket which has a short distance between the front wheels and the front of the car so that the front of the car doesn't hit the ground on the way up the ramp? Thanks.

I have said it thousands of times, do not buy French cars, why will people not listen. Look at the Korean 4x4's, good quality and cheap second hand, and high off the ground.

There you have a problem !! If you want a car very short at the front you need a car with the engine at the back and then again those cars often have a large front boot so unless you go for a high vehicle like some 4X4 style hummer you might only find a people carrier type Toyota but then ... not the same style !!
Just thought of something......cant you back up the ramp ?(smile)

The older model BMW 3 series are really good for steep driveways, and a good second hand one will outlast any new Citroen.
