i like this guy and i am sure he likes me too but whenever i try to spend time with him at work there is this girl(which i hate to admit is way cuter than me)who sticks to him like glue and i can't have one on one time with him. what should i do since i think he is starting to give in to her and we are not boyfriend/girlfriend yet so i can't stop this.

Flirt with him touch him on the arm...give him the hint that your interested in him, ask him to dinner or something. Maybe at your house that way your bothered by no one. Don't come on to strong, make a neutral atmoshere. You never know, you may get a kiss from him and if things are going good and you think he is falling for you..make a move...kiss him. Hope this works.
(And I'm sure that you are a beautiful girl in different ways than the other girl, facial beauty doesn't mean anything, guys just go with to get some, the really sould beautiful girls always win in the end..and you seem like one of those)
( And Don't write him a note...How Middle School is that??? I'm 14 and ask guys out face to face or over the phone!!! You will look childish if you write a note! Just my advice you asked for it)

Move on, you are better then him or her. And remember that beauty is only skin deep so as far as she being cuter than you, dont let that bother you. Now as for the guy, no matter how difficult this might be for you to do, ignore him, other than saying hi or being civil, change you entire MO then sit back and wait. You'll be surprised at his reaction.

Poison her! Ha Ha just kidding!! Ask him to do something with you after work, movies, dinner, shopping, or ask him out on a date for the weekend. Also, you could try and talk to the other girl, see if she likes him, she could just be flirting with him to make you mad or jealous. Don't let her know that you like him....that will just make him more appealing to her b/c someone else wants him. She may try and make it into a competition.

He is responding to her flirting. So flirt too!!! She might say something mean to you (since you are competing with her) but that will only make her look petty and stupid in his eyes. Who cares about looks? So she's cuter, so what? You probably have so much more to offer.

find some plan to get rid of her or track him down when he's not at work and try to talk to him or spy at work and go when she's not there cuz i know she's not there all the time

I had the same problem....and I ended up marrying the dude!!! ...Just be yourself, and flirt a little, but don't try to outdo the bimbo. It'd be too obvious. If he continues to give in to her, let him go!! If he doesn't realize that you are way cooler than this other chick, then it is his loss.

I think that you should talk to this girl but also to the guy you like. Write him a letter telling him that you like him and wanted to know if the feelings were mutual. Then take it from there. As for the girl, tell her that you would appreciate it if she backed off because this guy is yours, lol.
But above everything make yourself known to her and let her know as nicely as possible that he is your territory.

if i were you i would ask him out after work. like coffee.(no really)so what if shorty#2 is cuter.according to whom?if you are feeling each other ask him out.he maybe paying shorty#2the attention because you are not conveying interest. good luck.
