Midas Touch?

(question for fun, if these things bother you don't bother answering)

You find a genie that will either grant you the midas touch or turn you to a conscious gold statue. Would you want the Midas Touch...not just any Midas Touch but a cursed one that only turns people into gold? Think about it. Would you want riches beyond compare at the cost of turning someone into a living statue (lets assume they stay aware but just can't move)?

Would you turn beautiful people to gold to sell as statues or ones you don't like to be melted down? (start an art gallery maybe?)

If you leave them as statues how would you pose them? (nude/clothed)?

Could you/would you turn them back?

Would you have guilt or would you try to get people who like to be the center of attention?

or if you chose to be a statue, how would you be posed and where would you be? How would it feel?

Personally I would love to be surrounded by beautiful nude statues of naked ladies, but hey thats just me, what would you choos

Personally I'd choose either option, but only on the condition that whoever is turned to gold would 1) remain sane and content in that condition, and 2) feel physical pleasure from being touched, or even from being looked at with admiration or lust.

For my victims, I would select hot-looking individuals of both sexes, preferably with statuephile tendencies of their own so the idea wouldn't completely freak them out, who wouldn't mind posing nude forever, and have them turned to gold one by one so I could enjoy their beauty and share it with others. Once I'd collected enough of them (however many "enough" might be), I would have myself frozen in their midst (though I'd need to have my wish for youth and beauty fulfilled first!). Before that, though, I would grant some trusted individuals the option of releasing any or all of us from the spell after ten or maybe twenty years - or not, as they choose.

i would live in a huge gold person house and eat off my beautiful gold person table sitting on my gold person chair(maybe not a male one...then again maybe)

Actually, I would choose to give the choice to everyone in Virginia who voted for the marriage amendment. Then I would take my daughter and move to Texas. In fact, maybe I will anyway....

I would turn it into water (WHEN I NEED IT) cuz then i could save the world when there is a drought or when we r low, but i would still be able to do everyday things.
