We are getting married at Niagra Falls(outdoors) in the middle of January. It will probably be about 20 degrees with snow on the ground. What should I (the bride) wear that will still look pretty? Type of parka, dress(?), pants, etc?

A white wool coat either 3/4 or full length. A faux fur stole would be AWESOME though! You could wear either over a dress or pant suit. A dress would be good with white, heeled boots. Don't forget pretty white gloves.

I don't know about the dress or any of that but I did see a neat idea once. Instead of carrying a bouquet, the bride and her bridesmaids had those hand warmer muff things that hung around their necks only the string was a ribbon decorated with small flowers and on the muff part there were flowers too.
