Is there a program with hardware that i can install on my computer to pick up radio stations? i don't have internet on my computer.

well apart from using a normal radio, there is. i'm having a hauppauge TV card, around the 50 euros and you can apart from watching tv listen to radio too :). But yeh off course u need to buy this hardware first, and you'll get software free :P

Just have dialup? Well give up on the radio thing. With a broadband connection there are things you can do. You could pay for a wireless service to plug in to your computer but about 60 dollars a month.

If you havent got internet, how come you are connected to Yahoo Answers? I can tune into radio on mine

If you ever do get the internet, nothing much comes close to Shoutcast in terms of variety.
