Certainly won't hurt - that, plus McNabb's injury really makes it a 2 team race for the division, although Giants certainly have the upper hand right now, it IS a long season. The rest of the NFC (other than Bears) is pretty wide open for Wild-cards; had they LOST to the Colts, it would definitely be an up-hill, unlikely battle, but now it is feasible.

hopefully the lose doesn't hurt colts' self esteem and confidence. i still think manning can take them all the way, but he needs to figure out how to get through that kind of defense. Dallas played a good game. Wayne was missing some catches that he should of had and there was one bad call on the interception, which might have changed the game, but who knows. this certainly helps the cowboys. Indy still looks better with 9-1 vs. 6-4 (cowboys), plus this is only regular season. playoffs are what matter.

It just gives the Cowboys a win is all. I don't see them going to the playoffs. In order for them to do so their division would have to have a complete meltdown with the Cowboys winning the rest of the way. One thing is for certain in that Tuna wishes he would have started Romo earlier in the season. I think we have seen the last of Bledsoe.

Very little unless they continue to win and in their division they have to play Baltimore, Washington Philadelphia and I believe the Giants. They might be able to win a couple of these but I don't thing they can win all of them. And with their record they will be a long shot to get into the playoffs.

If anything, I think it makes Indy stronger... it may sound stupid, but last year they felt the pressure of going undefeated and it affected their decision making like who should play and who should rest at the end of the season... then when the playoffs started, they were tired and kind of down from just having lost their first game of the year.... Getting a loss out of the way at the half-way point puts them in a better position to go to the Superbowl.
