What type of giant are you imagining? If he is a huge guy that looks just like you and me, you can play on the name huge such as "Hugo".

If it is a troll giant or some half animal, you might pick up a name from mythology. Think of the names of some giants from Disney movies, or books you have read. (But don't use the same name! Someone will know and point that out on you)

Or you may want to play on the giant theme. For example, it would be a funny story and a bit different if your giant were named "Tiny" because he was the smallest in his family.

You have to picture the giant in your head, and think of what he will do, if he is a good giant or a bad giant, and then come up with a name that fits.

You could name him Hiron of the Nephilim

Here is a description regarding "Nephilim":

In the Torah and several non-canonical Jewish and early Christian writings, nephilim (Hebrew, הנּפלים, those causing others to fall) are a people created by the crossbreeding of the sons of God (b'nei elohim, בני האלהים) and the "daughters of men"[1]. The word nephilim is loosely translated as giants or titans in some translations of the Bible, and is left as nephilim in others:

"When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. Then the LORD said, 'My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.' The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown.[2]
